A:We provide OEM/ODM eyewear manufacturing, low-MOQ private label customization, and one-stop supply chain support for sunglasses, optical frames and accessories.
Q4.What is your "Light Custom" service?
A:Light Custom is our budget-friendly, fast custom option built around our ready-made frame molds. You’re able to tweak frame sizes, switch up material colors, add your custom brand logo, pick functional lenses, and upgrade packaging too. It comes with a low minimum order and speedy sample turnaround. It’s ideal for new brands and small seasonal lines, with no pricey new mold fees at all.
Q5.What is the MOQ and lead time for Light Custom orders?
A:Our MOQ for light customization is 50–100 pieces per style. The overall lead time is around 3–4 weeks once samples are approved. Rush production is available for urgent orders.
Q6.What is the process if I want to make fully customized OEM/ODM with new molds?
A:First send us your full design, size specs and material requests. We create CAD drafts and deliver a prototype sample in 7 days for your check. After sample approval, we build dedicated production molds, make a pre-production trial piece for your final confirmation, then move into mass production with full quality testing all the way through.
Q7.What materials and crafts do your glasses use?
A:Our frames adopt high-grade acetate (including GRS recycled), titanium, TR90 and buffalo horn. Lenses are supplied by ZEISS, Essilor, HOYA, CHEMI and trusted local factories. We apply professional silver brazing, hand polishing and full quality inspection techniques for long-lasting eyewear.
Q8.Can the lenses be customized, such as polarized, blue-light blocking or Prescription lenses?
A:We can customize polarized, blue-light blocking and UV400 tinted lenses from top lens brands. Prescription lenses are not available right now, as each customer has unique vision parameters which cannot be standardized for our bulk production process.
